Congratulations to Industrial Communication Products Ltd of Toddington, Bedfordshire, who successfully passed their Stage 2 ISO 9001:2015 audit. The company has had an unaccredited ISO 9001 certificate in place for a number of years; but chose to transfer to a UKAS accredited certification based on feedback from key customers.
Specialist ISO consultants Spedan Ltd, worked with the team at Industrial Communications Products to ensure that the new system was practically and efficiently applied to the business, while merging it with the current quality managemet system. Operations and Finance Manager, Mandy Bull, who is responsible for the Quality Management System said today,
"We have had a good system in place, with solid procedures for our activities. We found the process of achieving ISO9001:2015 quite straightforward.
We received great support from our consultants Spedan Ltd, who took us through the changes and additions step by step, from considering our business context, updating our process maps and Internal Audits, through to support during the external audit.”
