Monode celebrate successful transition to ISO 9001:2015
Monode specialise in the design, development and manufacture of high quality electronic solutions. Applying thier quality management system to every project, they work for some of the most recognisable product brands in the world, some of whom they have continually served since the company started in 1978. Taking the decision to continue international recognition with ISO certification, the team have approached the ISO 9001 standard with a very practical viewpoint. The team have worked together to develop and refine their day-to-day operating processes and have seen considerable benefits as a result.
In today’s competitive electronics market, it is important to ensure that the business is streamlined and quality is maintained. When a significant new customer approached Monode to develop an exceptionally high-profile product, they were able to respond quickly. The team demonstrated their competency and efficiency and soon had a highly efficient production line up and running.

Adam Faiers - Director
Adam has been working on Quality and Environmental management systems for most of his career in small, medium and corporate organisations. A keen advocate of the ISO approach as a platform for improvement, Adam ensures that systems are practical and useful for Managers and Staff to use.
Following a number of years working on software development projects, Adam has diversified into Information Security and Business Continuity management. Keen to formalise his industry experience, he is currently undertaking a Diploma in Business Continuity Management at Buckingham University.
Adam has a PhD from Cranfield University and now supports the MSc Environmental Management programmes through the advisory panel and visiting lectures.
